Nicholas Ferro, LICSW
President & CEO
Nicholas Ferro, LICSW, provides individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults, with a clinical focus on anxiety spectrum disorders, mood disorders, and stress-related concerns. Recognized for his grounded and approachable therapeutic style, Nick fosters an environment of psychological safety where clients can explore complex emotional experiences without fear of judgment.
His integrative approach draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Through this framework, Nick supports clients in identifying and shifting maladaptive cognitive patterns, cultivating present-moment awareness, and realigning with their core values. He frequently works with individuals navigating life transitions, relationship stressors, and performance-based anxiety—particularly among students and professionals.
In addition to his work with individuals, Nick also practices couples therapy. He has training in The Gottman Method, which is the premier intervention for couples therapy. His work with partners emphasizes emotional attunement, effective communication, and the resolution of interpersonal gridlock. Sessions are pragmatic, insight-oriented, and grounded in evidence-based principles aimed at restoring connection and mutual understanding.
Nick offers therapy to clients in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, providing both in-person sessions and secure telehealth services. Whether clients are managing everyday anxiety or more persistent psychological challenges, his work is rooted in clinical rigor, compassion, and a commitment to individualized care.

Jessica Brickle, LCSW
Adolescent & Family Therapist
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Jessica Brickle, LCSW, specializes in working with adolescents, older children (12+), and families experiencing behavioral issues, ADHD, and emotional regulation challenges. With a warm and patient presence, she helps young clients and their families navigate complex emotions, relationship dynamics, and everyday stressors that often feel overwhelming.
Jessica also provides therapy for adults facing anxiety, depression, and trauma, using CBT, DBT-informed techniques, and Narrative Therapy to support clients in understanding their patterns, building self-awareness, and creating real-life change. Her work is highly collaborative and developmentally attuned, especially with teens who may be resistant to therapy or unsure of what they need.
Jessica is also open to offering family therapy, and her approach always considers how relational dynamics impact individual mental health, particularly in youth and young adults. She brings a systems lens to her work while creating a safe space for individuals to feel heard, respected, and guided.
As a child and adolescent therapist serving Providence and Southern Massachusetts, Jessica helps clients and families move from frustration and confusion toward clarity and connection.
